Submission Guidelines

Please download the Abstract Submission Format (Microsoft Word) below, fill out the required fields, and submit to the Congress Secretariat via E-mail.

Eligibility

First authors who are not yet members of the Japanese Society of Onco-Cardiology (JOCS) are required to join the society upon submission. However, Participants from overseas can submit without membership status, but are required to pay the registration fee for the conference.

Abstract Submission Requirements

The conference welcomes presentations in English from both domestic and international participants. If you wish to present in English, please submit your abstract via this page.
All submissions, including the title, abstract body, author details, and affiliations, must be in English.

Outstanding abstracts will be selected for awards and the awardees will be honored at the conference. We look forward to your submissions.

  • JOCS Research Encouragement Award
    (Eligibility: Principal Investigators who are JOCS members)

We will select Principal Investigators (PIs) who have submitted a significant number of outstanding general abstracts and honor them at the conference. We look forward to your submissions.

Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure

Authors are required to declare any conflicts of interest (COI) for the past three years at the time of submission, following the Japanese Association of Medical Sciences (JAMS) COI Management Guidelines.

Acceptance Notification

Acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the first author in early July.
The final decision on abstract acceptance rests with the Organizing Committee.
